The Growing Motivations Behind Meditation
As a Research Intern at Quilt.AI, I completed a personal exploration project to apply and deepen my research skills. I conducted qualitative analysis to understand why people meditate, clustering conversations and content into meaningful themes.
By examining each theme in detail, I uncovered key motivations, emotional drivers, and patterns that shape human meditation habits and goals. This project allowed me to translate raw data into clear insights while practicing the full end-to-end research process.

IDEOU - Ideas to Action
This project centers on developing an innovative product concept that encourages children to read more, guided by IDEO’s approach to brainstorming and ideation.
I started wide using structured creativity to explore many possibilities then honed in on the ideas with the most impact. The shift from brainstorming to rapid prototyping and iterative refinement deepened my design thinking skills and helped shape a thoughtful, human-centered solution.
